Automotive Shop Foreman

Shop ForemanAerotek is looking to hire an Automotive Shop Foreman to work for an EV Taxi company located in Los Angeles. The job pays $40 -$50 an hour with an immediate start.Day to day activities include overseeing automotive workshop operations, workforce scheduling, repair order management, parts stocking oversight, equipment preventative maintenance scheduling, performance monitoring (both financial and productivity), training, and much more.Monitor key performance indicators and other available reports and adjust business plan and procedures/processes as necessary.Keep detailed tracking and lead daily reporting to internal team members and partners.This position will also directly support, and report to, ZEEKR US's Service and Repair Operations Regional Manager and it will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and general concerns.Ensure high workshop team retention while maintaining a safe, clean, neat, and orderly work environment.Foster a positive team culture ensuring the growth of the team.Liaise with workforce staffing vendors, ensuring technical training requirements are met.This is a contract to hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
