Legal Specialist - Mid-Level

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Legal Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Framingham, MA 01701. Pay: $29-34/hr; 8‑month assignment temp to hire; shift will be Hybrid, Tuesdays and Wednesday on‑site. Key Responsibilities Support administration of I‑9 forms, E‑Verify, and related immigration issues Direct subpoenas and external requests for information to the proper departments Facilitate communication with state labor agencies Conduct research on a variety of employment topics such as wage and hour laws, minor labor laws, protected job leave laws, etc., and communicate findings appropriately Required Skills and Experience Seeking licensed attorney with 3‑8 years’ legal experience. Motivated self‑starter with an eye for detail and excellent organization skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks and deadlines Willingness and proven ability to learn on the job High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality Ability to work independently, or collaboratively across functional areas, as needed MS Word and Excel competence (including redlining, formatting, editing, sorting, basic formulas) License/Certification: Licenses attorney (active status, any state in the US) If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this post with your resume attached.
