Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience facilitating training or presenting to executive stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines. This role requires strategic thinking, along with organized, detail-oriented execution. The job involves managing the day to day operations, planning and delivery for these critical programs. You will work with a variety of teams, including executive leadership, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure these programs are effective and produce measurable business results. US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Collaborate with GTM teams to understand customer priorities and match key customers with the right executive sponsors. Own the SCE content catalog and maintain program collateral, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and timely updates for sales plays, demos, and product launches. Manage network recognition and enablement programs (e.g., Speaker Certification) to empower subject matter experts to engage executive audiences effectively. Partner with the team to manage back-end data hygiene and tooling, utilizing data and feedback to analyze program impact and drive ongoing quality improvements.
