Manage invitation pacing strategies, invitation waves, waitlist controls, and inventory release recommendations. Establish yield management practices that optimize guest mix, capacity utilization, incremental revenue, and event profitability. Develop forecasting models to predict attendance, redemption, participation, attrition, and event profitability. Guest Segmentation & Investment Strategy Identify optimal guest audiences for events using guest worth, profitability, trip behavior, loyalty metrics, host input, and growth potential. Balance access and exclusivity to maximize perceived value while driving desired business outcomes. Recommend reinvestment strategies across guest segments, including VIP, Premium Mass, New Business, Emerging Worth, hosted guests, and other strategic audiences. Partner with Player Development and Marketing leadership to align event access with guest development, host-led growth, and property revenue objectives. Identify underutilized high-value guests and prevent over-investment in lower-return segments. Event Analytics & Performance Measurement Conduct pre-event forecasting and post-event analysis for major marketing events, concerts, shows, parties, tournaments, and experiences. Measure event effectiveness through attendance, profitability, trip generation, theoretical win, actual win, reinvestment efficiency, and return on investment. Present findings, trends, and recommendations to Marketing leadership, Finance, Player Development, and cross-functional stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve future event criteria, guest mix, inventory allocation, and profitability through data-driven insights. Inventory & Capacity Management Oversee strategic allocation of event inventory, entertainment tickets, tournament entries, hosted experiences, hotel accommodations, dining opportunities, premium seating, and exclusive-access programs. Recommend inventory release strategies and qualification adjustments to maximize utilization and profitability. Establish guidelines for inventory prioritization, oversell assumptions, attrition management, capacity controls, and waitlist execution. Evaluate event demand trends and make real-time recommendations regarding capacity utilization and invitation adjustments. Partner with operational teams to understand fixed-capacity constraints and translate those constraints into stronger yield decisions. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Special Events, Entertainment, Marketing, Player Development, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, and Finance to align event strategies with business goals. Support Player Development teams with qualification recommendations, attendance forecasting, host follow-up priorities, and invitation strategy. Partner with Marketing Analytics and Database Marketing teams to develop predictive models, guest segments, and optimization frameworks. Work closely with Finance to evaluate event profitability, investment effectiveness, and business case assumptions. Serve as a strategic thought partner to event and marketing teams by translating data into practical decisions. Continuous Improvement Develop and implement best practices in casino event yield management and event investment optimization. Identify opportunities to automate reporting, forecasting, criteria management, and event optimization processes. Monitor industry trends and emerging practices related to event strategy, revenue management, loyalty optimization, and guest experience management. Recommend new event concepts, qualification structures, access strategies, and reinvestment approaches to improve business performance. Create repeatable playbooks that help the organization move from simply filling events to intentionally yielding the most valuable experiences. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or a related field required. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, casino marketing, revenue management, database marketing, loyalty marketing, event strategy, or business optimization. Demonstrated experience using large datasets to support business decisions and optimization strategies.
