We're hiring a  Master Electrician to lead crews and oversee residential and commercial electrical projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise teams of journeyman and apprentice electricians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards on residential and commercial job sites 
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple electrical projects by managing schedules, materials, manpower, and daily field operations 
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, panels, service upgrades, lighting, and low-voltage systems 
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications to support installations, troubleshooting, and code compliance 
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, contractors, and inspectors while coordinating inspections and ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes 
• Mentor and train electricians and apprentices, maintain accurate job documentation, and promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Requirements:  

• Active Texas Master Electrician License  required  
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a licensed electrician with proven leadership or crew supervision experience 
• Strong knowledge of the  National Electrical Code (NEC)and residential/commercial electrical systems, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to safety and quality 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel between job sites, and work in varying environments; valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation  required  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a  plus

Schedule:  

• Monday- Friday
• Full Time
• Flexible schedule preferred; some early starts/overtime as project needs require

Pay   Rate:  

• $45+ per hour BOE (competitive, commensurate with experience and licensure)
• Quarterly performance reviews with opportunities for bonuses and additional compensation programs
