What You’ll Do:
Own day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.Partner with leadership and managers on employee relations, performance and people decisions.Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR reporting.Strengthen performance management and manager development.Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and processes.Use HR data to support practical, business-focused decisions.Help build greater accountability, consistency and continuous improvement across the organization.Leverage HR technology and automation to improve efficiency.Support the organization through continued growth and evolving business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.Broad HR experience with the ability to independently manage a full HR function.Experience supporting both hourly and professional employees.Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance.Business-minded and comfortable using data to guide decisions.Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing.Confident, approachable and able to build trust while holding people accountable.Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.Comfortable with HRIS technology and interested in using automation to improve processes.Manufacturing, service, construction, distribution or another operational environment is a plus.
