Director of Operations

Director of Operations Position Overview Co-reporting to the Headmaster and Chief Operating Officer, the Assistant Headmaster of Operations coordinates and manages campus operations for the school. Responsibilities for this position may include: Supervision of Registrar, Office Coordinator, Communications & Giving Coordinator, and facilities maintenance staff Oversight of campus-level compliance (student records, required staff trainings, emergency response) Management of student recruiting and enrollment Email and social media communications management Drop-off and pick-up logistics Emergency Response planning coordination Facilities maintenance oversight Event planning and logistics coordination Vendor accountability, goal setting, and management Other duties as assigned Mission and Vision Valor’s mission is to educate the whole person in authentic communities for a full human life.
