Concierge (Receptionist)

The Carriages of Bloomington is growing our team and we are looking for people who have a passion for serving older adults. We seek hard-working, dedicated concierge staff who take pride in providing quality care, respect, and friendship while recognizing that each resident desires independence while receiving assistance with daily living. Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate person.
• Greets and directs visitors and vendors.
• Promptly addresses resident's requests and complaints.
• Receives, sorts, and forward's incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
• Assists with other clerical duties such as inputting data, photocopying, faxing, filing, collating etc.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to help others and compassion for the elderly is a must.
• This job requires a high school diploma
• At least 1 year experience in clerical work.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• A full criminal background check, fingerprinting, physical, drug test, and TB testing are mandatory.
