Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. This role will primarily involve working in a fast-paced environment while managing a patient census of approximately 45 residents.Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, WednesdayShift Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMContract Duration: 8 weeks, from October 26 to December 19Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor patient health and report changes to the nurse in charge.Assist with patient care and personal hygiene.Documentation of patient progress and care in Point Click Care software.Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.Active LPN license.IV Certification preferred.Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.This position typically requires one nurse to be present in the building at a time, necessitating a degree of self-sufficiency while providing care.
