We’re seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative clinical team in Portland. ️ Key Responsibilities :

Conduct speech, language and functional assessments to identify patient needs and establish appropriate clinical goals

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient condition, functional status, and rehabilitation goals

Monitor patient progress, modify treatment approaches, and document clinical outcomes accurately

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, families, and other members of the care team to support coordinated patient care

✅ What We’re Looking For::

Master’s degree or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program, or equivalent education/experience

Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license required upon hire

AHA National Provider BLS certification required upon hire

Experience in speech and language evaluation and treatment
