• Evaluation and management of acute and chronic pain conditions
• Interventional pain procedures (as applicable)
• Spine and musculoskeletal pain management
• Injection-based therapies and non-surgical pain treatments
• Medication management for chronic pain conditions
• Multidisciplinary care coordination

• Monday – Friday (standard outpatient clinic hours)
• Structured clinic workflow with supportive staff
• Balanced mix of consults and procedures

• MD/DO (Physician)
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pain Management or related specialty
• Active Oregon license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong interest in interventional and chronic pain care
