A Day in the Life As a Sortation Clerk, you will be a central part of our Shipping and Receiving team, reporting directly to the Supervisor. You are the operational hub, ensuring that team members have the data and support they need to succeed. Your role is critical in maintaining the flow of information and resolving issues swiftly to keep our distribution center running at peak performance. You Will Be Responsible For Data & Performance: Running reports in systems like SAP and Manhattan to track productivity, quality, and safety metrics, and communicating these insights to your team. Team Enablement: Training new team members and temporary workers on our processes and providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Process Coordination: Printing and managing all necessary shipping paperwork, ensuring adherence to all guidelines and policies while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Problem-Solving: Proactively addressing operational issues as they arise and demonstrating the agility to pivot between tasks to meet the day's demands. We Are Looking For We're looking for an organized and adaptable individual who can work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You have a keen eye for detail and excel at communicating information clearly and effectively. We believe you'll be a great fit if you have: Experience in a dynamic warehouse environment. Strong communication skills to train others and share performance metrics. The ability to analyze data and run reports to drive decisions. Proficiency in project management to prioritize your workload and adapt to changing needs. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
