My City Home Inspector is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and professional Relationship Marketing Intern to help build and strengthen relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, property managers, and community partners throughout the Chattanooga and North Georgia markets.

This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, sales, communications, business development, or real estate. The intern will gain hands-on experience in relationship marketing, networking, lead generation, event coordination, and brand promotion while representing one of the area's leading home inspection companies.

• Visit real estate offices and industry partners to introduce company services.

• Assist with maintaining relationships with referral partners and prospective clients.

• Deliver marketing materials, promotional items, and educational resources to real estate professionals.

• Help schedule and coordinate office presentations, lunch-and-learn events, and networking opportunities.

• Assist with community outreach initiatives and local events.

• Support marketing campaigns designed to increase referral partnerships.

• Help identify and research new business development opportunities.

• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community functions when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions within the company CRM.

• Track referral activity and assist with follow-up communications.

• Help update contact databases and marketing lists.

• Assist with reporting on outreach efforts and relationship-building activities.

• Prepare marketing packets, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate deliveries and marketing drop-offs.

• Support the marketing team with special projects and administrative tasks.

• Assist with organizing company-sponsored events and appreciation programs.

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Sales, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking with business professionals and building relationships.

• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Interest in real estate, home services, sales, or business development.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or networking environments.

• Familiarity with social media and marketing platforms.

• Experience using CRM software is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in relationship marketing and business development.

• Exposure to the real estate and home services industries.
