Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: * Operating production machinery and equipment to meet daily production goals. * Ensuring quality control by inspecting products for defects and discrepancies. * Packaging finished products according to company standards for shipment. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency. * Occasional Delivery Driving. * Customer Service. * Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot production issues and improve processes. Qualifications: * Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. * Attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Full-time work. * Clean driving record. * Ability to switch between tasks and maintain quality.
