They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to achieve high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Manage food safety and compliance. Serve as the primary point of internal communication. Oversee inventory management. Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness. Lead and manage crew performance. Ensure quality food production. Deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor safety and security protocols. Schedule crew shifts. Conduct training for new and existing staff. Qualifications Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Age 18 or older (required for management in corporate-owned restaurants). Passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
