Litigation Associate
Location: Lansing, MI
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary Range: Competitive base + bonus
Minimum Requirements: 3+ years experience
About the Opportunity
A growing litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Associate to support a diverse caseload including transportation, healthcare, and general liability matters. This role offers strong mentorship and exposure to a wide range of litigation work.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
• Support trial preparation and strategy
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas
What You Bring
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in transportation, healthcare, or general liability preferred
• Strong writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively
• Licensed in Michigan (or eligible)
