• Shift: Monday-Friday, 4x10 hour shifts (7:00am-5:00pm) with rotating day off
• Hours per Week: 36
• Model: Medical direction
• Electronic Medical Record: Medaxion Pulse
• Location: Live Oak, TX (San Antonio metro area)

• Active CRNA license (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA clinical experience
• Able to work full-time Monday-Friday on a 4x10 schedule
• Comfortable providing general anesthesia across a broad case mix (no regional blocks, spinals, or epidurals required)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism in a medical direction model

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for General, GI, Ortho, Gyn, Urology, Cardiology, ENT, and Neuro/Spine cases
• Work collaboratively with physician leaders and interdisciplinary healthcare teams under medical direction
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and patient records in Medaxion Pulse EMR
• Prioritize patient safety, monitoring, and comfort throughout perioperative care
• Participate in onboarding, credentialing, and orientation processes as required for locum tenens assignments
