From world renowned skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, wildlife viewing, and endless outdoor recreation throughout the warmer months, there's always something new to discover in heart of the American West.ResponsibilitiesHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely mannerPerform nightly audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily financial reportsAnswer phone calls, take reservations, and manage booking systemsMaintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk areaCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for guest needs or emergenciesRespond to emergencies or unusual situations, following company protocolsEnsure accurate record-keeping of guest information and transactionsProvide basic concierge services such as directions, recommendations, or transportation arrangementsThe Overnight Front Desk Agent assists guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience.Assist the overnight Front Office Manager with administrative duties in order to set up the next shift for successEnsures tidiness of Resort common spacesMakes necessary deliveries to and from guest rooms, transports guests, and hotel packages and parcels.Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their initial bookingPreferred QualificationsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule.
