Microsoft Power Platform Developer – CertificationsLocation: Tallahassee, FloridaPrimary Skills: Power AutomateQualification Requirements for Contractor’s CandidateMinimum Qualifications:Three (3) years of professional work experience designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or PowerApps solutions with Dataverse.Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with staff.Three (3) years of professional work experience designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and configuring Microsoft Power Pages and the Power Platform.Preferred Experience:Five (5) years or more of professional work experience in planning, designing, configuring, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management, Power Pages, and the Power Platform.Certified as a Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or a Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.Skills and experience in conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes and requirements. The people involved may be at the manager level or end-user level. The people may be business-oriented or technical (IT) staff. The contractor will be expected to lead meetings and discussions related to their work. Experience can be with Team Foundation Version Control or Git.Operates as a technical lead to design, develop, and implement new solutions.Work with business customers to identify requirements.Develop system documentation and training plans.Performs unit, system, integration, and load testing.Performs database analysis and design.Researches and resolves problems with Dynamics 365 applications.Develop comprehensive test data and plans.Document Requirements for Future (TO BE) state of technical environments.Perform code reviews and vulnerability scanning.Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Data Dictionaries, and Data Flow Diagrams.Act as a mentor and technical trainer to staff.
