What You'll Need to Succeed:

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Proven experience with ventilators (Draeger & Hamilton T1), HFNC (F&P Classic & Airvo 3), and BPAP/CPAP devices (ResMed AirSense/AirCurve)
Basic knowledge of Philips V60
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have:

Prior experience with hospital-based respiratory therapy
Familiarity with home respiratory equipment
Additional certifications in respiratory care or related fields

Preferred Education & Experience:

Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Comfort working with ventilated patients on a 4x12-hour shift schedule

Other Requirements:

Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates)
Must include RTO (Requested Time Off) requests within submission (up to 3 days)
Flexibility to work Call shifts following scheduled days
Willingness to handle ventilators and respiratory devices in a fast-paced setting
