Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in a telemetry setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and care details accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Respond promptly to patient care needs and emergencies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required.
• Must possess a valid Ohio Registered Nurse license or a compact state license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

Schedule:

This position requires working three 12-hour shifts per week during the night, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Unit Information:

The role involves working in a 7 Med/Surg Telemetry unit, providing critical care to patients with varying medical needs.
