The position is responsible for making decisions in collaboration with the Nurse Manager on the assigned shift to determine the proper course of action for the unit to function at its best.Employee will be required to successfully complete training through our Staff Development department which includes but is not limited to NCI (North Carolina Intervention), CPR, Body Mechanics and lifting.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Grade Range: $71,698 - $118,304A Sign-on Bonus Of $10,000 May Be Offered To The Successful Applicant(s) Of This Posting, Contingent On The 2025-2026 Budget Approval.Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
