Manufacturing Machine Operator

Adecco has immediate openings for a General Warehouse Associate in Avon, OH.

Day, evening and overnight shifts available

Pay is based on experience

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts from foam and other materials

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy

• Perform machine adjustments, including offsets and compensations

• Inspect parts and verify quality before release; manage non-conforming materials appropriately

• Accurately complete work orders, measurements, and production documentation

• Troubleshoot routine issues and support continuous process improvements

• Monitor scrap, identify trends, and recommend solutions to reduce waste

• Communicate effectively with Operations and Engineering teams

Required Skills

• 2–3+ years of CNC or machining experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Experience using measuring tools and maintaining tight tolerances

• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail

• Basic math skills for calculations and machine adjustments

• Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to quality workmanship

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
