Job Summary:


As a Production Operator, you will support the e-coating and powder-coating process by loading and unloading parts, preparing products for coating, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.


Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts on the production line
• Hang and remove parts from racks during the coating process
• Prepare parts for e-coating and powder coating
• Perform visual inspections for rust, damage, and other defects
• Assist with rework and process improvements as needed
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S workplace standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Must be able to follow all company safety procedures

Attendance Policy:

• Strict attendance policy enforced
• 3-point attendance system
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role

Dress Code:

• Steel-toe boots or shoes required
• Jeans or work pants only
• No sweatpants, ripped clothing, shorts, or baggy clothing

PPE Requirements:

• PPE will be provided on your first day
• Required PPE must be worn at all times while on the production floor
• Compliance with PPE requirements is mandatory for continued employment
