Role Provides direct, high-acuity patient care in an intensive care setting, ensuring patient safety, optimal outcomes, and resource management. Responsibilities Initiates corrective actions based on monitoring equipment, responds to life-threatening situations using established protocols, and delivers critical care to complex patients in a fast-paced environment. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed as an RN, with at least 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship. BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations are mandatory and must be valid through sixty days of hire.
