What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and other communication methods
- Enter and track customer orders and provide updates on order status
- Answer questions about products, processes, lead times, and shipping schedules
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, credits, and returns
- Maintain accurate customer profiles, pricing information, and system records
- Process purchase orders, invoices, billing, and other customer documentation
- Communicate with sales and technical teams to help resolve customer questions
- Take sample orders and pass potential leads along to the sales team
- Assist with export accounts and national billing
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively with multiple departments and team members.
- Previous experience in data entry and customer service is a plus.
