Working closely with the Sr. Director of Channel Experience, as well as sales teams, channel partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help enable compelling in‑store and online experiences for Snapdragon products.ResponsibilitiesRetail Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of retail experience initiatives, with a primary focus on North America to drive visibility, sell‑through, and portfolio expansion for Snapdragon.Retail & Partner Coordination: Work closely with channel sales, marketing, and channel partners to support the execution of customer‑facing programs across in‑store and online environments.Sales Enablement Support: Assist in enabling retail sales teams and third‑party personnel through tools, content, and readiness initiatives that reinforce Snapdragon value propositions.Brand & Experience Support: Support consistent Snapdragon brand representation across priority retail environments and partner touchpoints.Market & Performance Inputs: Gather and synthesize retail performance observations, competitive activity, and field learnings to inform ongoing optimization.Agency & Program Support: Support coordination with third‑party labor agencies, to ensure alignment with program objectives and execution standards.QualificationsPassion for Technology: Demonstrates an unwavering passion and deep knowledge of technology trends and innovations, with a particular affinity for Snapdragon products.Sales Expertise: Proven track record in driving sell-out and revenue growth, showcasing adeptness in sales strategies and execution.Strategic Vision: Possesses a strategic mindset, adept at analyzing complex situations, and making informed decisions that contribute to long-term success.Influential Communication: Exceptional ability to inspire and influence others, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and charisma to effectively communicate ideas and drive consensus.Global Acumen: Understands the intricacies of diverse global markets, adapting strategies to local nuances and effectively navigating international business environments.Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and achieving collective goals through teamwork and cooperation.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 1+ year of channel sales or business development work experienceORAssociate's degree or equivalent degree and 2+ years of channel sales or business development work experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in technology or business2+ years of channel sales or business development work experience specific to the PC industryInside selling experience, with both cold and warm leads, with the ability to provide a compelling value proposition to capture interest from a prospective clientTrack record for exceeding sales goalsAbility to successfully navigate inherent challenges/obstacles of new product adoption, and demonstrated experience in selling new or nascent technology/devices into large corporate enterprisesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative problem solving with strong analytical skillsAbility to manage a large territory for customer acquisition and account management, while understanding different customer personas, challenges, and industries to pivot appropriate relevant message positioningProficiency with CRM, social media, and Email Engagement toolsHistory of selling technical products and having a genuine interest in technology - PCs is highly relevantA challenger mindset is a plusThis is an office based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy.
