CHR IT is seeking an IT Support Professional to serve as a frontline contact for end users in Windsor, CT. You’ll provide first- and second-level support for Windows, Microsoft 365, software, and hardware, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance. You will install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and support network connectivity while documenting all actions.
