HARP Home Services, a dynamic, rapidly‑growing HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing company, is seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher to join our team at our Windsor, CT location. Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 4 days x 10 hours, or 5 days x 8 hours including Saturday. This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC Service, Electrical, and Plumbing Technicians by reviewing and optimizing routes, answering incoming phone calls from existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all ticket information is entered correctly in the computer system. Responsibilities also include rescheduling appointments, creating dispatch numbers for all parts ordered, following up on part orders, and scheduling appointments for part installation.
