Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Keep a maintenance log and report on daily activities Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians Implement preventive maintenance programs for all machines to minimize downtime Troubleshoot PLC systems and provide quick solutions to maintain continuous production Manage and maintain hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure optimum performance Collaborate with other managers to optimize production processes Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment Experience in PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Solid understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Excellent knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to manage and lead teams Strong team leadership skills with a commitment to collaborative problem solving Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to implement them in a work setting Interested in hearing more?
