Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager
- Must have experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to maximize equipment availability.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement reliability improvements.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, inventory, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Technical degree or related training in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or a similar field preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning software.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.
