Additionally, we offer the following benefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement planGenerous paid time offCompensation: $67k to $75k plus a quarterly bonus!Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager's responsibilities will include:Daily supervision of Maintenance staff members, including delegation of work orders, special projects, and time management techniquesInspection and oversight of existing and completed work ordersHVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and all other service requestsMentoring and training new and existing maintenance staff membersInvolvement with interviewing and selection of new maintenance team membersProvides written monthly energy management recommendations for the buildingIdentifies capital improvements and obtains required estimates/bidsAssists in budget preparation for maintenance expensesQualificationsExperience in hotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering with 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team.Excellent customer service and computer skills.Ability to create a team, mentor, and train a teamExtensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers, and H.V.A.C. or EPA Universal Certification.Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and experience with capital projects.Village Green offers exciting and challenging career opportunities for talented, passionate people seeking growth.
