Overview:
In search of a hands-on manufacturing coordinator to assist with Mechanical, Electrical, and other Manufacturing related processes.

Ideal background is in real world construction, industrial wiring, panel building, or field service with the ability to work with drawings, coordinate materials, and keep projects moving forward.

You’ll be the bridge between our Electrical Engineering team and our Electrical Assembly team on the production floor, ensuring that products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and with the right materials on hand.

• Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings before assembly begins
• Identify required materials, components, and hardware; communicate needs to purchasing.
• Track incoming materials and ensure they reach the correct project and facility
• Work directly with engineers to resolve technical questions or drawing issues
• Support assemblers on the production floor by answering questions and clarifying design intent
• Monitor active builds, identify roadblocks, and help keep production on schedule
• Process change requests quickly and accurately during assembly
• Document drawing discrepancies and collaborate with engineering to improve future designs
• Assist Assembly Supervisor with daily coordination and workflow needs

Qualifications:

• Technical college or related degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment (Preferably, electrical, industrial wiring, panel building, or related field)
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
• Excellent communication skills; able to work with engineers, assemblers, and supervisors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with generators, switchgear, or industrial enclosures is a plus (not required)
