Billing Clerk

Job Description We are in search of a Billing Clerk to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role is based within the industry of financial services and involves using specific accounting software systems to carry out essential billing functions. This is a short-term contract role, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process and manage customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services. Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring accuracy at all times. Use IBM AS/400 and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze customer accounts. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Administer billing functions effectively, ensuring all processes are completed in a timely manner. Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to prepare and present reports on billing activities. Oversee claim administration, ensuring all claims are processed accurately and within the set timeline. Implement collection processes as necessary, adhering to the company's policies and procedures. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of all accounting functions. Continually enhance your knowledge of the financial services industry, staying updated with any changes or advancements. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems. Experience with ADP - Financial Services. Knowledge of IBM AS/400 operations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites. Understanding of Accounting Functions.
