Complete additional paperwork requirement in an accurate and timely manner as notified by administration. These requirements include, but are not limited to, Discharge Summaries. Collaborate with administration and other disciplines involved in the child’s care to promote consistent and quality services for children and families. Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols and tools to follow funding guidelines for each child. Implement individualized and evidenced based interventions for ABA clients. Provide therapy services to children based on the recommended number of units from evaluations and funding source approvals. Provide therapy services in highly specialized facilities with an emphasis on goal attainment through appropriate developmental progression of functional skill attainment and real-life experiences. Provide documentation of all therapy services by locking and electronically signing weekly progress notes including reviewing and signing off on all RBT treatment notes. Approve weekly electronic efficiency report to reflect accurate billing in previous week. Conduct parent training sessions and communicate changes/updates to families. Supervise and mentor BT, RBT and/or ABA Fieldwork Students. Participate in annual performance reviews for professional development and growth. Participates in one-on-one meetings with leader. Provides feedback to leadership regarding ways to enhance continued improvement of the ABA program and any needs or concerns. Responds positively to feedback concerning job Participates in Multidisciplinary conferences as needed. Demonstrates continued growth in therapeutic skills through learning, knowledge, and application. What you have: Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people. Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment. Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents. Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code. Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field. Active status as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
