Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location Arrowhead Towne Center, AZ Job ID and Openings Job ID: 30409 | Openings: 1 Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $86,500 to $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn additional compensation through base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership. Annual bonuses are uncapped; possible sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship bonuses are awarded for supervision hours of RBTs pursuing Master’s in ABA. Certification bonuses reward each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. 401(k) with company match.
