Responsibilities
- Provide prescribed physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise programs tailored to LTAC residents.
- Monitor patient responses, document progress, and report changes to the supervising PT per policy.
- Prepare and operate treatment equipment and modalities as directed; ensure proper positioning and safety.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to adjust plans and communicate patient status and needs.
- Maintain patient privacy, infection control, and accurate charting in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to practice in PA.
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
- Prior LTAC or skilled nursing rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Able to work a travel assignment and commute to the assigned site.
- Strong communication skills and documentation accuracy.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
