Direct Support Professional - PRN

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our program in Washtington, PA. No experience required – we provide paid training. The starting pay is $17 per hour. Responsibilities As a DSP you will: Follow Individual Support Plans to help clients develop and practice social, communication, and daily living skills. Assist with personal care activities such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and medication reminders. Support housekeeping and laundry tasks to promote independence. Plan and participate in recreational activities in settings such as parks and sensory gardens. Encourage, mentor, and coach clients toward achieving their personal goals.
