Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring Welder / Fabricators for a growing industrial company in Arlington, WA . If you have experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding , can read blueprints, and want to build a long-term career with a stable employer, we want to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders looking for competitive pay, steady hours, and advancement opportunities. WABO-certified welders are highly encouraged to apply, though certification is not required.

• $25.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience / qualifications

• Two shifts available:- Day shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (with OT every other Saturday)

  • Swing shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. - 1 a.m. (with OT every other Friday)

• Full-time, permanent position

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural and fabricated components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications
• Layout, punch, grind, drill, and fabricate materials
• Operate fabrication equipment and industrial machinery
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Perform basic math calculations related to fabrication and production
• Handle materials and support production operations
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Cross-train in additional manufacturing and production functions as needed

• Must have solid previous experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
• Proficient with tape measure readings and basic shop math
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in an industrial environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Current WABO Welding Certification highly desired
• Structural steel, fabrication, or heavy industrial welding experience

Don't have your WABO? Our client is willing to help qualified employees with welding experience to obtain WABO certification after hire.

This is a hands-on role in a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Employees work around:

• Heavy machinery and moving materials
• Indoor and partially outdoor work areas
• Fast-paced production operations

Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment and following strict safety procedures.

• Pass a tape measure assessment prior to client interview
• Reliable transportation to Arlington, WA
