Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Partnering with business leaders across EMEA, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will independently drive recruitment strategies to fill critical roles, leveraging deep expertise in sourcing and market intelligence while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on business goals and needs across EMEA and the Americas Provide talent market intelligence and guidance to HR and business leaders on multi-country hiring and compensation Directly recruit and source candidates for a wide range of functions, including senior leadership roles, using AI tools to enhance efficiency Required qualifications 7+ years of recruitment experience across EMEA and Americas markets, including senior roles Proven ability to engage passive talent and convert them into active applicants Strong experience with social media and brand ambassador presence in the recruitment landscape High proficiency in recruitment tools and systems, including ATS and AI tools like Claude and Google Gemini Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
