Job Summary:

We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a customer-first mindset who thrives in a busy hotel environment.

• Supervise front desk and concierge staff

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality leadership experience, Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Excellent interpersonal and written communication, Working knowledge of hotel software systems & Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
