Client Advisor - DC Area

Summary Deliver exceptional client experiences on the sales floor by embodying the brand and using a personalized, hospitality-driven approach. Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and consistently meet or exceed store commercial targets across DC area locations. Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for product pillars and contribute to a clienteling culture that grows outreach business. Responsibilities Engage clients in-store and during appointments to create memorable, elevated selling experiences. Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and cultivate repeat business. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive sales through product knowledge, styling, and personalized recommendations. Execute hospitality best practices and act on client feedback and NPS performance. Utilize POS and client tracking systems to manage transactions and client outreach. Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client‑facing roles such as hospitality. Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets. Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver exceptional service. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email. Authorization to work in the United States.
