• Clinic Location: Pediatrics Martinsburg, 2000 Professional Court, Suite C, Martinsburg, WV.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

• On-Call Requirements: One after-hours call per month and three weekends annually.

• Electronic Medical Record System: EPIC.

• Department Composition: 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.

• Expected Patient Volume: 16-20 patients per day.

• Patient Age Range: Newborn to 18 years old.

40 hours per week.

Exempt Status: Exempt (United States).
