Trustbridge Hospice , a member of Empath Health , is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Care Center team in Boca Raton . What you'll Do As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide direct and indirect care to patients in our inpatient care centers. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction Why Join Empath Health? What You’ll Need Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida. Current Basic Life Support Certification. Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory. Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently. Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
