Flexible Per Diem Schedule Competitive Pay: **$55–$65/hour DOE** Supportive Team Environment New Graduate Friendly Opportunity to Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day Collaborative Skilled Nursing & Rehab Setting## What You’ll DoAs a Staff Occupational Therapist, you will:* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans* Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, ADLs, and independence* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team* Supervise COTAs, aides, and students* Participate in care conferences and rehab meetings* Educate residents and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, adaptive equipment, and home programs* Recommend assistive devices and adaptive equipment* Maintain timely and compliant documentation* Provide staff education and in-services* Support quality improvement and restorative nursing programs## Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist in California Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required New Grads encourage to apply!
