AutoFair Hyundai is looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join one of the highest-volume Hyundai dealerships in New England. If you're a top-performing salesperson who wants to take the next step into management, this is a great opportunity to learn every part of the business while working alongside an experienced leadership team.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who works hard, has a positive attitude, and is committed to taking great care of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Train and coach sales consultants to improve performance.

• Help close deals and assist customers through the buying process.

• Appraise trade-ins and learn inventory management.

• Report new vehicle sales and maintain accurate records.

• Merchandise the lot and make sure vehicles are displayed properly.

• Support the sales management team with daily operations.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

• Help maintain a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and results.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience required.

• Leadership skills and the desire to grow in the car business.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Organized and able to multitask.

• Valid driver's license.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of experience in a dealership sales role

Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills

Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills

Valid driver's license
