Cardiac CT Technologist

This role is for a CT Technologist responsible for delivering safe, high-quality imaging and providing a supportive patient experience at Acworth Health Park . Key duties include: performing CT procedures according to guidelines, operating imaging equipment independently, maintaining infection control, obtaining clinical history, explaining procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, administering contrast, positioning patients correctly, reviewing images, documenting accurately, and monitoring patient condition. Core responsibilities: support department workflow, assist with operations and compliance, keep areas organized, transport patients safely, and escalating issues when necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, completion of accredited Radiologic Technology program. Minimum 1 year radiology experience. Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and BLS (American Heart Association). Skills and attributes technical expertise in CT imaging, patient communication, infection control, attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
