At StretchLab Johns Creek, we're a small boutique studio with a big mission. The atmosphere is calm, professional, energizing, and has a work family feel.  And we're looking for a Sales Manager who can own the room, grow the membership base, and help the whole team thrive.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time Sales Manager role overseeing sales and some studio operations. You'll be the go-to person in the studio — the one who drives revenue, builds community relationships, coaches the team, and keeps everything running smoothly. You don't need a background in fitness sales to crush it here. You just need to be great at high-end sales, be business savvy, and bring the kind of energy that makes clients and teammates feel good about being here.

What You'll Do

• Own all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
• Generate leads through grassroots marketing, community networking, and B2B outreach
• Implement and manage the full sales process from first contact through close
• Schedule and participate in community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to drive new leads
• Oversee studio social media content creation and execution
• Manage the studio schedule to serve current clients and maximize sales opportunities
• Supervise, train, and inspire Sales Associates
• Maintain accurate retail inventory and ensure the studio is always stocked
• Follow and enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and looking its best at all times

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of high-end sales experience — fitness industry background is a bonus, not a requirement
• Proven track record in a full-cycle B2C sales environment, with B2B networking experience
• Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your results
• Natural connector who builds relationships easily in the community
• Strong communicator — in person, by phone, on social media, and via email/text
• Marketing savvy with creative problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong data management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experienced with (or quick to learn) studio management software — we use ClubReady
• Trustworthy, professional, and discreet with confidential information
• Passionate about health, wellness, and an active lifestyle

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary based on experience and performance
• Commission on sales plus a studio performance bonus
• Total compensation in the $50K–$65K range (base + commission + bonus)
