This team supports Ferguson Home showroom customers from the time of purchase through delivery, ensuring a seamless post sale experience. This role focuses on delivering proactive, world-class customer service while supporting order progression and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys contributing in a fast‐paced, collaborative support environment. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy. ## **Responsibilities** * Manage purchasing, order maintenance, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and efficient order progression* Deliver world-class customer service through timely, professional communication with customers and internal partners via phone and email* Proactively communicate order status and provide updates to support a seamless customer experience* Manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining focus on the customer and appropriate urgency* Support customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing of all orders* Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to overall service and operational efficiency ## **Qualifications** * Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field preferred* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook* Results oriented with a strong customer service mindset* High attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism* Ability to quickly learn new systems, manage multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize work* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus At Ferguson, we care for each other.
