Evan Profeta State Farm is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage existing customer accounts, build lasting relationships, resolve service needs, and help customers protect what matters most. You'll also identify coverage gaps and recommend additional insurance products through needs-based conversations.

Whether you're an experienced insurance professional or bring a background in banking, automotive service, property management, or another customer-focused industry, we offer training and support to help you succeed. Insurance experience and licensing are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing insurance accounts
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Assist with billing questions, claims inquiries, and policy documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Review policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Support customer retention and contribute to agency growth through cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Confident problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through.
• Comfortable discussing products, making recommendations, and identifying customer needs.
• Previous insurance experience and Property & Casualty licensing preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing.

Our office is located in South Forsyth. I have been a State Farm agent since 2005. We currently have 6 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
